AI FOR YOU

AI: Your Secret Against Big Businesses

No one could think of competing with large corporations as they have a huge number of resources. It was impossible at least till 2023. The AI revolution has made the impossible, possible.

Big companies have armies. You have brains.

Their marketing, sales, and support teams cost a fortune. But AI levels the playing field. Here's how to use it for an unfair advantage:

This post will be on ‘AI assistants’ to do your major business tasks (at a fraction of cost, yes ‘a fraction’ of cost) so you focus only on what’s important.

Businesses (depending upon type) in general require a Customer Support Department, Sales Department, Lead Generation & System, Marketing Channel(s), Staff Onboarding & Training.

Now, big businesses have multiple teams dedicated to each of these areas. You can perform all these functions potentially by just yourself with AI by your side.

You have something that big businesses lack

By now, you might be wondering that these large corporations can easily implement these AI systems much before you do (considering they have huge resources).

The answer to this, my friend, is simple.

You have something, that they don’t: “Agility”

For big companies, it takes a h*ll lot of time to implement such technologies, they have board meetings, follow a long management process, and the transition isn’t as fast as you can do as a single-person business.

How to actually implement AI

Most people think they need to get a degree in AI, or learn how to code so they can build AI solutions for their businesses. This is not true.

Reality: To grow your business with AI-

  1. You don’t need a degree in AI

  2. You don’t need to learn coding

  3. You don’t need to be an expert in tech

  4. If you are reading this email, you already have what’s required: an Internet connection the ability to read, write, and understand basic concepts.

Building AI Assistants:

Think of AI assistants as your personal human assistant, having knowledge of specific areas of your business.

For example, a customer support assistant would know the answers to all the FAQs, information about your products, delivery time, and support-related things.

Instead of having 10 or 100 human customer support agents, you can just have one single AI assistant to perform the same task. It will be available 24/7, which is an additional perk.

Similar to this, In a LinkedIn post of mine, I talked about how to build an AI voice assistant for restaurants that can book a table over phone for customers calling the restaurant, you can read the complete post here.

Steps to follow:

  1. Write down all the major functions you have to do for your business (e.g. lead generation, staff training, etc.)

  2. To start, select any one area that takes most of your time.

  3. Make a knowledge-base (if you don’t have one already) - Put all the information required for that business area simply in a google doc, or google/excel sheet or notion, as you prefer.

  4. Use a no-code AI tool - there are many of those, you can just google it and find it, they are mostly drag and drop, all you need to do is integrate your knowledgebase and ChatGPT inside it.

(Pro tip: Though with just a little tech knowledge you’ll be easily able to use any tool like Stack AI, botpress etc.. BUT if for some reason it feels like a mess, you can just search on youtube and find many tutorials & templates related to your specific use case).

  5. If required as per your business type, you can invest in purchasing pro versions of these software. After all, they will save your business lot of time, workforce, money, and other resources. (worth an investment)

Now your AI assistant is ready to launch.

Another trend nowadays is of a new emerging marketing channel. You have been using social media, youtube, email marketing, ads, etc as marketing channels.

The new channel I’m talking about is “AI Persona Agent” it is specifically for coaches, consultants, or anyone who shares their knowledge online.

The development process is similar as the above, but act as an effective marketing channel, because of the convenience it offers:

  1. Suppose someone in your audience want help related to any particular problem they’re facing. So instead of searching through all of your content of youtube videos, they can directly ask to the assistant (on whatsapp or your website) and get their problem solved.

  2. It act as a second you, available 24/7 to your audience

  3. You can even charge a monthly recurring fee for your audience to use it

  4. You can also set it to subtly sell your products mid conversations, or intimate users about your upcoming launches

  5. The potential is huge, as you plan to use it, you can be creative with this.

This all you need to know about starting to implement AI in your business. Again, start with creating a knowledge base of your business processes.

If you’re still doing things the same way as you used to do in 2023, you’re 10X less productive, and spending 10X more money than you actually should.
