How to write Non AI-Generated content with ChatGPT

Yes! ChatGPT written content is boring, predictable & we all hate it...

AI FOR YOU

ChatGPT writes boring, predictable, and safe content. (unless it is told to write better)

Social media now-a-days is flooded with generic AI-generated outputs.

We’re all tired of seeing such content and don’t even bother to read it.

Social media platforms and Google (for SEO) hate AI-generated content as well.

It is also true that using AI for your business or personal growth can actually be harmful (instead of helping).

The world is moving towards AI. But you must learn the correct way to leverage AI tools if you want it to help you achieve your goals faster.

Here’s how to tell ChatGPT (or any AI model) to generate better outputs:

Write Compelling Prompts

ChatGPT is a powerful tool, but it thrives on clear instructions.

Vague prompts lead to generic outputs.

Do this to write prompts:

  • Be Specific

Always tell ChatGPT your Target Audience (Business professionals, Foodies or Gen Z), Content Goal (To inform, entertain, or persuade), and Desired Style (humorous list or a data-driven report)

  • Instead of "Write a blog post about social media marketing," try "Write a blog post targeted towards small businesses, outlining 3 actionable strategies to increase their Instagram engagement in the next 30 days."

→ The more specific prompt, the more focused the output.

  •  Inject Voice & Tone

Want a funny post? Tell ChatGPT! "Write a humorous social media post about the struggles of working from home, using relatable memes as inspiration."

  • Ask Questions

Frame your prompt as a question to guide ChatGPT's focus.

"What are the most common pain points faced by content creators on a daily basis? Write a social media post offering solutions."

Use Writing Frameworks or Templates

Give ChatGPT a writing structure to follow. Choose any one of the methods given below while writing prompts:

  •  Method 1: Just add this line to your prompt “Using a viral writing framework….”

Example: **“*Using a viral writing framework* write a social media post……..”

  • Method 2: Give ChatGPT a specific writing framework to follow.

Example: For writing social media posts you can ask it to follow ‘PAS Framework’

For writing a blog post article you can ask it to follow PASTOR Framework.

If you don’t know what these frameworks are, just google writing frameworks and read about them (PAS, AIDA, BAB, etc..)

  • Method 3 (Templates): Take any post from your favorite creator or any post you see on social media that caught your attention immediately.

  • Copy the post and ask ChatGPT to “analyze and templatize this post [paste post] and in a similar manner write me a post on [topic]

Writing it clean

  • Emojis: ChatGPT loves to add a lot of emojis to social media posts. Making the post spammy. Just add it to ‘Use no to minimal emojis’.

  • Hashtags: Well! it is your personal choice. ChatGPT often adds hashtags, I find them spammy. If you want you can use a couple of them.

  • Ban words: There are certain ChatGPT’s favorite words that make your content look AI-generated.

Solution: After writing your prompt, just paste this list of Ban Words.

[your prompt]

BAN WORDS & PHRASES:

Unleash,

Captivate,

Cutting-Edge,

Game-Changer,

Move the Needle,

Disrupt,

Embrace,

Elevate,

Striving,”

You can add more such words in the Ban List as you use it.

Bonus Tip: Train Your AI

ChatGPT learns from the data it's fed. Here's how to "train" it for your specific voice:

  • Provide Examples: Give ChatGPT examples of the kind of content you want it to generate.

  • Refine & Iterate: Don't be afraid to experiment and refine your prompts based on the outputs you receive.

AI Pets Exist: While real pets are lovable, they come with certain responsibilities like feeding and cleaning. AI pets, on the other hand, are robots that look, feel, and act like real animals but eliminate the practical challenges faced by pet owners.
